Facility Description: 650,000 sq. ft. office building

Project Description:  Upgraded hundreds of lighting fixtures from fluorescent to LED fixtures.  As an enlisted C & I contractor for Con Edison we filed for a utility rebate that covered more than half the cost of the conversion.  Work was done after hours because of occupied office spaces.
